This is an appeal on questions of law from the judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County which directed a verdict for the defendant at the close of plaintiff’s testimony and rendered judgment accordingly.

The action was filed as an appeal from the final order of the Industrial Commission, disallowing plaintiff’s application for death benefits as the result of the death of Robert Nelson, deceased, the husband of the plaintiff.
