This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court for Multnomah county granting a new trial.
On may 29, 1929, at about 11:30 a. m., plaintiff was operating her automobile in an easterly direction on Foster Boad in the city of Portland. When she reached the intersection of Foster Boad and East 72nd street, she attempted to make a left turn from Foster Boad into East 72nd street. Before she completed the turn, her car was violently struck by the car of defendant who was driving westerly on Foster Boad. Plaintiff sustained injuries by reason of said collision.
