This adversary proceeding was commenced by Robert L. Geltzer as Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the estate of Benjamin and Antoinette Rivera (the “Debtors”) to recover pre-petition transfers of $5,279.30. These transfers were made to and for the benefit of the Crossroads Tabernacle (the “Church”) within twelve months prior to the Debtors filing their Chapter 7 petition.
