Currently before the Court is Plaintiff Otto H. Schrader’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion to Remand [Document # 9] in which he seeks to have this case remanded to the North Carolina Superior Court in Guilford County, North Carolina. For the reasons explained below, Plaintiffs Motion to Remand is DENIED.
