BAKER, Judge.

Here, we examine the intricacies of proving that counsel to a governmental entity aided a bidder in committing theft to obtain a contract on a public project. Appellant-defendant Donald H. Dunnuck assails his convictions for Aiding in Theft 1 and Perjury 2 , as Class A misdemeanors. He charges that his actions and statements did not constitute aiding in theft or perjury.
