This original proceeding was initiated by plaintiff Thomas C. Frost, who filed an application for an alternative writ of prohibition and writ of review. Frost seeks to prevent enforcement of an order entered on December 8, 1975 by the District Court of the First . Judicial District, Bonner County. The plaintiff’s application was granted by this court, and the requested writs were subsequently issued. The writ of prohibition is made permanent as to defendant James G.
