Defendant Stanley Kong (Kong) appeals the circuit court’s October 13, 1992 judgment convicting him of Burglary in the Second Degree (BSD), Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 708-811 (1985), and the Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle (UCPV), HRS § 708-836 (1985).
