WESTHUES, Judge.

Prior to 1957, the Tarkio-Squaw Levee District of Holt County, Missouri, was organized and incorporated under the provisions of Chapter 245, RSMo 1949, V.A. M.S. Commissioners were appointed to determine the amount of benefits and the damages to be assessed. The Commissioners filed their report on September 6, 1957. In this report, the Commissioners estimated the cost to the Levee District as $1,884,300 and assessed benefits in the amount of $6,-046,205.90.
