Many years ago the residential section now known as St. James Court, in Louisville, Kentucky, was subdivided into resident lots, which were later sold to purchasers to be occupied by them for resident purposes. The plat of the subdivision, as well as the deeds of the grantor conveying each lot, contained a number of restrictions limiting the use of the conveyed property by the various vendees.
