This is an action to recover for personal injuries received by the plaintiff by reason of a collision between an automobile, driven by him, and a Ford truck. There was evidence from which the jury could have found that at the time of the collision the plaintiff was in the exercise of due care, that the driver of the truck was negligent, and that his negligence caused the plaintiff’s injuries.
