MEMORANDUM DECISION

This matter is before the Court pursuant to an adversary proceeding commenced by Micro Connections, Inc. and Vishnu Dayal (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) against Rupal J. Shah (the “Debtor” or the “Defendant”) seeking to have the Debtor’s discharge denied pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(3) and (a)(4)(A). 1 Based on the facts of this case and the relevant case law, the Court finds that the Plaintiff is entitled to the relief requested on both counts.
