OPINION AND ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
Before the court is Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, Defendant’s motion is granted.
I. BACKGROUND 1
On February 27, 1992, Defendant, Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centres, Inc. (“Jenny Craig”), hired Plaintiff, Diana Washington (“Washington”), as a receptionist at its Centre located in Joliet, Illinois (“Joliet Centre”).
