The circuit court of Cook county, on the hearing of a bill in chancery for separate maintenance filed by the appellee, found and declared that the appellant and the appellee were husband and wife and that the appellee was living separate and apart from the appellant, her husband, without her fault, and decreed that appellant should pay appellee $100 per month for the support of herself and their daughter Violet, the youngest child of the. parties.
