Plaintiff Petrolina Camacho (“Camacho”), a New Jersey resident, seeks to recover personal injury protection (PIP) benefits from the New Jersey Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund (the Fund) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:6-86.1 for injuries she sustained as a pedestrian injured in a New Jersey accident by an uninsured motorcycle registered in the State of New York.
