This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing a complaint in an action for death by wrongful act as to the defendants city of North-field, its mayor, and members of its common council. The trial court held that the complaint did not state a cause of action as to those defendants. The complaint also joined as defendants certain police officers of said city, who are not parties to this appeal.
