BEFORE THE COURT is a Motion for Reconsideration filed on May 30, 2011 by Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“the EEOC”) (Docket No. 53). In its Motion, the EEOC asks the Court to reconsider its Order Granting in Part and Denying Without Prejudice in Part Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, filed May 9, 2011 (Docket No. 50).
