The two appeals which are herein considered together (having been consolidated for hearing by order of the court on agreement of the parties) are by Louis L. Woods and the Chicago Title & Trust Company, respectively, from a decree of the Circuit Court of Cook county on cross-hills filed in the litigation entitled The Chicago Railway Equipment Company v. National Hollow Brake Beam Company et al., in which the decree of the Circuit Court rendered May 21, 1909, on the original bill was the subject of the appeal No. 16001, in this court.
