This is an appeal from a judgment for damages for personal injuries recovered by Mrs. Nannie Perkins, appellee herein, against Texas Pacific Railway Company, appellant herein. The parties will be designated as in the trial court. The suit was originally against J. L. Lancaster and Chas. L. Wallace as receivers of said railroad, but, upon their discharge, the railroad company was also made a party defendant.
