I. Nature of the Case

Appellants, Wandering Trails, LLC (“Wandering Trails”) and Liquid Realty, Inc. (“Liquid Realty”) (collectively the “Plaintiffs”), appeal the district court’s entry of summary judgment and denial of their veil-piercing claims against Big Bite Excavation, Inc. (“Big Bite”), Piper Ranch, LLC (“Piper Ranch”), and Tim and Julie Schelhorn in their individual capacity (the “Sehelhorns”) (collectively the “Defendants”).
