Introduction

Defendant Richman Em appeals from a judgment finding him guilty of the first degree murder of Miguel Davila, and from the two consecutive 25-year-to-life sentences imposed on him. Mr. Davila was the innocent victim of a *967murder during a robbery by gang members, including defendant. We affirm. Substantial evidence supported defendant’s murder conviction. Defendant was charged with aiding and abetting or being part of a conspiracy to commit the underlying crime of robbery, and was convicted of murder based on the felony-murder doctrine.
