WARD, Circuit Judge.
This is a motion by the receivers appointed by this count of the Mutual Reserve Life Insurance Company, formerly the Mutual Reserve Fund Life Association, for an order upon the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York to turn over to them two funds deposited with the Superintendent of the Insurance Department, as follows:
