This is an interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s order denying appellant The Methodist Hospital’s motion to dismiss the health care liability claims of appellee Beverley Shepherd-Sherman (“Sherman”) based on her failure to meet the expert report requirements of chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
