The complainants below (Lula Walker, Lawrence Walker, Gertrude Walker Roland, Treacy McGhee and Ruth Barton) filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Escambia County, in equity, against the following respondents, viz.: Lonnie Walker, Ruby Jackson, J. C. Walker, James Walker, Gladys Thomas, W. D. Walker, Vallie Walker Ripstein, Jack NcNac, W. C. Daughtry and the Heirs of Lynn McGhee, represented by Mai McGhee and Calvin McGhee.
