VAN OOSTERHOUT, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from final order dismissing Counts I, III, and IV of plaintiff’s complaint for want of federal jurisdiction.1 *III.Jurisdiction is based upon *872diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff is a citizen 2 of the District of Columbia. All defendants are citizens of Missouri. Each count alleges that the amount in controversy exceeds $3,000.
