Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered December 11, 2007, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crimes of grand larceny in the fourth degree and tampering with physical evidence.
Pursuant to a negotiated agreement, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crimes of grand larceny in the fourth degree and tampering with physical evidence in full satisfaction of a four-count indictment also charging her with assault in the second degree and petit larceny.
