The matter before the court arises out of the Motion To Authorize the Debtor To Reject All Collective Bargaining Agreements to Which It Is a Party (the “Motion”) brought by Chicago Construction Specialties, Inc. (the “Debtor ”). The Construction and General Laborers’ District Council of Chicago and Vicinity (the “Union ”) and the Laborers’ Pension and Welfare Funds (the “Funds ”) (collectively, the “Respondents ”), parties to collective bargaining agreements with the Debtor, have objected to the Motion.
