This writ of error is to a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Virginia in an action of assumpsit brought by the plaintiff in error against the defendants in error. The case was tried to a jury, which, under the direction of the court, returned a verdict in favor of the defendants below. On such verdict judgment was duly entered, and to the same this writ of error was sued out.
