ROBERT M. PARKER, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff-Appellant, William Stanley Fowler (“Fowler”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees, James Smith, Ed.D. (“Smith”) and Angleton Independent School District (“AISD”). We affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS BELOW
Fowler was employed under a term contract as the Director of Maintenance Operations for AISD beginning June 1977. Smith was hired as Superintendent of AISD in August 1989.
