This is a consolidation of two appeals to review two judgments of ouster in quo warranto, entered by the circuit court of Sangamon county against members of the Board of Education of High School District No. 142 and of No. 92, in that county. The cases arise over much involved attempts to organize three high school districts over portions of the same territory.
