WORTENDYKE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a resident of the State of New York, brings this action against the estate of Louis Lenlcowsky, hereinafter sometimes referred to as “decedent”. The executors are residents of the State of New Jersey. The amount in controversy is well in excess of the jurisdictional minimum in diversity cases.
