J. K. Lunsford, July 2, 1906, entered into a contract with “The Institutional Baptist Church, a corporation,” so styled therein, whereby in consideration of four dollars per cubic yard for stone work in the wall, he agreed to furnish all necessary labor, material, etc., and to build and complete, according to the drawings and specifications of Babenstein & Warne, Architects, the foundation walls for a church edifice, in the city of Huntington, payments to be made from time to time upon the certificates of the architects, when work to the amount of two hundred dollars had been…
