Donald and Leslie Simmons appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment against them in this diversity action. The case stems from an online auction hosted by Proxibid, Inc., (“Proxibid”), in which Lee Danhauer, of Danhauer & Associates LLC (“Danhauer”), served as both auctioneer and bidder.
