OPINION

Defendant, Dwayne Houston, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, but he was found unfit to stand trial and was placed in the custody of the Department of Human Services. In August 2007, the trial court extended the Department’s custody of defendant by two years. See 725 ILCS 5/104—25(d)(1) (West 2006).
