OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Tywan D. Griffin (Griffin), appeals his conviction for possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, Ind.Code § 35-48-4-11.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Griffin raises one issue on appeal, which we restate as follows: Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to prove be yond a reasonable doubt that he possessed marijuana.
