MEMORANDUM OPINION

MANUEL D. LEAL, Chief Judge.

On September 12, 1991 debtors and plaintiffs Marvin and Margaret Coats filed this adversary complaining that property of their bankruptcy estate had been wrongfully seized by defendants Montgomery County, Constable Travis Bishop, and Glenn Vawter. 1 The Coats also request damages resulting from defendants’ exercise of exclusive dominion and control over property of the estate and their repeated refusal to release the property in willful violation of 11 U.S.C.
