WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Sherri D. White appeals the dismissal of her suit for lack of jurisdiction under Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. White asserts that the district court was properly vested with admiralty jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1333 (1988) and the Extension of Admiralty Jurisdiction Act, 46 U.S.C.App. § 740 (1988) (Extension Act).
