Plaintiff-Appellant Allco Finance Limited (“Allco” or “Plaintiff’) appeals from a final judgment entered by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Haight, /.), which dismissed two of Allco’s related, but not formally consolidated, Complaints (“the Complaints”).
