DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:

This is a products liability action to recover for personal injuries sustained in connection with a helicopter crash in the State of Virginia on December 31, 1970. Federal jurisdiction was based on diversity. The defendant RAC, alleged to be a Delaware corporation with its principal offices in New York, and one of the several defendants in the action, moved to dismiss on a number of grounds.
