McQUADE, Chief Justice.

This is a dispute over the ownership of a parcel of land located in Valley County, Idaho, which borders, in part, on the Cascade Reservoir. The disputed parcel of land contains 1.081 acres, and measures approximately 90 feet on the north end, extending south 675 feet with a southern boundary measuring 50 feet. Defendant-respondent Oregon Short Line Railroad1 claims ownership of the parcel by virtue of a deed dated September 12, 1913.
