John D. Wilson (Wilson), representing himself, appeals an order of the Dauphin County Common Pleas Court (trial court) that granted Appellees’ 1 preliminary objections and dismissed his complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The trial court concluded Wilson’s ostensible complaint for money damages in reality constituted an attempt to appeal the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole’s (Board) revocation decision.
