A fourth triaL o£ an issue at law in this ease having resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff in the issue, a motion is now made in this court to set aside that verdict.

Since a former trial, a review of which is reported in 75 N. J. Eq. (5 Buch.) 550, two new elements have been added in defence of the claim asserted by the plaintiffs in the issue at law.
