SULLIVAN, Judge:
During January and July of 1995, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of 4 specifications of wrongful distribution of methamphetamine and 2 specifications of wrongful use of methamphetamine, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 912a.
