The testimony tends to prove, and tbe circuit court found, substantially, tbe following facts: One Austin Larsen died July 20, 1857, seised in fee simple and in possession of eighty acres of land in tbe county of Racine, leaving no children, but leaving bis widow, Susan Larsen, and a last will and testament by which be gave and bequeathed to bis beloved wife, tbe said Susan Larsen, all of said land by particular description, “ to be for her sole use and benefit so long as she shall live, with power to dispose of tbe same if it shall be necessary for her support and comfort in this…
