On September 22, 1937, the appellant filed a declaration against the appellee, the Lamar Life Insurance Company, seeking to recover the face value of Policy Number 86,819, not exhibited with the declaration. The appellee appeared and filed a plea of the general issue; a plea of res judicata, and a plea setting up the six year Statute of Limitations. Code 1930', section 2292.
