This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, wherein it is alleged that the petitioner is unlawfully deprived of his liberty on a warrant, issued by His Excellency the Governor of this Commonwealth upon a demand by the Governor of the State of Missouri on the ground that the petitioner is a fugitive from justice in that State, having been there accused of the crime of robbery committed on the thirtieth day of December, 1925.
