Covalt (Joseph), of the trial court’s judgment increasing the property awarded to his former wife, Appellee-Respondent, Karen Covalt (Karen), in a previous dissolution of marriage decree by an additional Five Thousand ($5000.00) Dollars, based on her MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM DIVORCE DECREE AND AFFIDAVIT FOR RESTRAINING ORDER pursuant to Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 60(B)(8).

We reverse.
