RATLIFF, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Donald E. and Margaret F. Snider (Sni-ders) appeal the decision of the trial court which granted plaintiffs-appellees’, Clyde R. and Irene Gaddis’ (Gaddises’) motion for relief from judgment under Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 60(B)(8).
We reverse.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
