Plaintiffs, minority owners of the schooner Hugh Hogan, began this action in equity in the superior court of the state. The defendants are the owners of a majority interest in the schooner. The difference between the owners arises out of that situation so frequently presented to an admiralty court where the minority owners are dissatisfied with the employment by the majority owners of the vessel.
