In this case the appellees sued the appellants, before a justice of the peace of Henry county, to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract. The *579trial of the cause before the justice resulted in a finding and judgment for the appellees, and against the appellants, in the sum of one hundred and forty-four dollars, and costs of suit.

In the circuit court, on appeal, the trial of the action, by and before a jury, resulted in a verdict for the appellees, in the sum of one hundred and thirteen dollars and twelve cents, and the court rendered judgment thereon for the appellees for the amount…
