This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the action at the plaintiff’s cost for failure to comply with the former orders of the court.

To the plaintiff’s petition, thirty-eight pages in length, the defendants filed motions to make definite and certain, and to separately state and consecutively number the causes of action. Upon the sustaining of these motions, the plaintiff filed an amended petition, which, upon the defendants’ motions, was stricken from the files on the ground that it failed to comply with the court’s order.
